摘要
在分析工艺规则的特点和作用对象的基础上,给出了一种新的工艺规划模型,利用属性关联将产品设计参数与工艺资源性能参数关联起来,并以刀具的选择和NC代码的自动生成为例,介绍了此模型的表达和执行过程。通过此模型优化,扩展了传统的工艺设计模式,更好地实现了设计资源与制造资源的集成。
To improve the expansibility and intellectuality of computer aided process planning (CAPP) systems, a new model for process planning was proposed, based on the analysis of the characteristic and operating object of process rules. Design parameters and process resource parameters were associated by property-association in this model. Taking example for selecting tools and generating NC code automatically, the expression and execution of this model were also discussed. The traditionary design of process planning was optimized and expanded through this model, while the resource of design and manufacture was integrated better.
