摘要
对YP02型叶片测量仪专用软件系统开发的关键技术进行了研究,该软件系统包含数据测量、数据处理及结果分析三个关键模块。在数据测量模块中,提出建立叶根及叶冠坐标系的5点测量法,提出根据叶根、叶冠坐标系建立叶片工件坐标系的方法,定义运动指令和控制指令;在数据处理模块中,给出理论型线冗余点剔除、理论型线的偏置及实测型线与偏置型线匹配的算法;在结果分析模块中,给出常用误差分析的算法。基于上述关键技术,开发YP02型叶片测量仪的专用软件系统,并用该系统对多种类型叶片进行测量,结果表明软件系统具有高效及易操作等特点。
A software system of YP02 blade measuring machine is presented, which is composed of three key modules : data measuring, data treatment and results analysis.Key techniques for the each module are developed.In the data measuring module, "five points measuring method" is put forward to set up workpiece coordinate system of blade root and blade shroud, and the method to set up blade workpiece coordinate system is brought forward according to the blade root coordinate system and blade shroud coordinate system; Control command and moving command are defined.In the data treatment module, arithmetic of getting rid of redundant points, offsetting of original profile-curve and the matching arithmetic between real measuring profile-curve and offsetting profile-curve are given.In the result analysis module, some methods of errors calculating are given.Using the key techniques discussed, a special software system for YP02 blade measuring machine is developed and measuring examples are given.The measuring result shows that the software system is a highly efficient and convenient system.
