摘要
优选一种改性单体(V),与醋酸乙烯酯(VAc)共聚制备了可再分散乳胶粉(SWF)的原乳液,再用喷雾干燥法制取了性能优异的SWF。实验结果表明,为使SWF具有较好的粒径还原性,尽量选用粒径小的防结块剂;随着VAc单体含量的增加,SWF成膜后的拉伸强度也随之增长;由于SWF的减水作用,随着聚灰比的增大,改性砂浆的弯曲强度和压缩强度呈现增大的趋势。
The raw emulsion of re-dispersible emulsion powders (SWF) is prepared by the co-polymerization with optional a kind of modified monomer(V) and VAc, then the SWF with excellent properties is prepared by spray drying process. The test results showed that anti-caking agent of small grain diameter was selected for SWF with better diameter-reducing property, the tensile strength after SWF film forming is increasing with increasing VAc monomer, the flexural strength and the compressive strength of modified mortars are increasing with the increase of polymer-cement ratio because SWF' s action of a decrease in water dosage.
