摘要
通过实践的总结和归纳,提出一种新的蛙泳初学者教学方法——"感知觉游泳教学法",并在研究中详细阐述"感知觉教学法"的定义和外延。通过实验对比方法,对清华大学36学时游泳初级班、北京体育大学24学时游泳初级班进行实验研究,结果表明:利用"感知觉教学法"可使游泳初学者在对游泳整体动作掌握上有较为完整的理解,对配合的时机和错误动作有更加清楚的认识,减少错误动作的发生,达到更好的成绩。
According to the summarization and deduction of practice, this study puts forward a new swimming method for breast stroke beginners- swimming perception method, and describes the definition and extension in detail. By the experiments on swimming classes of Tsinghua University and Beijing Sport University, the results am as follows: the students with perception method do better than the traditional method they used in technical integrity, less mistakes and accomplishment in test.
