摘要
通过田间小区试验,研究了肥料组合对甘蓝产量和品质的影响。结果表明,不同肥料组合可提高甘蓝产量,以处理N30P15K20Ca150产量最高,其次为处理N30P15K20B0.2、N30P15K20。在N30P15K20基础上增施磷、钾肥产量降低1.42%,而配施钙、硼产量分别增加15.0%和2.69%。与CK(无肥处理)相比,肥料养分组合可提高甘蓝氨基酸、粗蛋白、Vc、可溶性糖含量,改善其品质。在处理N30P15K20基础上分别增施磷、钾肥,甘蓝氨基酸、粗蛋白、可溶性糖分别降低4.07%、10.3%和9.25%,而配施钙肥其氨基酸、粗蛋白、Vc分别提高3.26%、2.16%和1.50%。在N30P15K20基础上配施硼肥、高量钾肥对降低甘蓝硝酸盐含量效果最佳,降幅分别为19.2%和10.3%。
A field plot experiment was conducted to study the effects of fertilizer combination on yield and quality of cabbage. The results showed that the yield of cabbage was increased in different fertilizer combination. The best yield was obtained in treatment N30P15K20Ca150, and the treatments N30P15K20B0.2 ,N30P15K20 followed. The yield was decreased in adding phosphorus and potassium on the basis of N30P15 K20 ( 1.42 % ), and the yield were increased in adding calcium, boron fertilizer( 15.0 % and 2.69 % ). The contents of amino acid, crude protein, Vc and reductive sugar were increased in different fertilizer combination as comparison to CK and significantly improved the nutrition quality of cabbage. In adding phosphorus and potassium,the content of amino acid, crude protein and reductive sugar were decreased from 4. 07 % to 10.3 %. While on application of calcium,boron fertilizer the content of amino acid,crude protein and Vc were enhanced,and the increase rates were 3.26 % ,2.16 % and 1.50 %, respectively. The content of nitrate decreased significantly in adding boron fertilizer or quantity of potassium on the basis of N30 P15 K20, and the decrease degree were 19.2 % and 10.3 %.
