摘要
为制备性能优良的壳聚糖—明胶复合凝胶,利用红外光谱表征了复合凝胶的结构,考察了壳聚糖和明胶的质量比、温度、恒温时间、壳聚糖的分子量和脱乙酰度对复合凝胶性能的影响.结果表明:在70℃共混复合并恒温30min,壳聚糖质量分数为0.2时,凝胶强度达到最大值.而壳聚糖的质量分数越小,复合凝胶熔化温度越高;壳聚糖分子量越大,脱乙酰度越高,复合凝胶的凝胶强度越高.
In order to get superior properties of the chitosan-gelatin mixed hydrogels,the hydrogels were synthesized by varying mass ratio of chitosan and gelatin, temperature, incubation time, the molecular weight and the de-acetylation of chitosan. The results show that there 7was a mixed hydrogels strength maximum when chitosan concentration 2% , the molar fraction of chitosan 0.2, incubation time 30 minutes under 70℃. The the molar fraction of chitosan is more less, the melting temperature is more higher. The molecular weight and the de-acetylation of chitosan is more larger, mixed hydrogels strength is more stronger. Interaction between chitosan and gelatin was investigated by FTIR spectrometry.
