摘要
采用硅烷偶联剂LM-N308对凹凸棒土进行有机表面改性。确定的改性工艺为:温度60℃以上,pH=3,时间3 h,份数比m(LM-N308)/m(凹凸棒土)为15%。使用红外光谱和热分析对改性前后的凹凸棒土进行了表征,红外光谱结果表明硅烷偶联剂以化学反应的方式存在于凹凸棒土的表面;热分析结果表明凹凸棒土表面的硅烷偶联剂质量分数在4.8%左右。
The attapulgite was modified with silane coupling agent LM--N308. The experiments showed that the suitable process conditions could be controlled as follows, process temperature above 60 ℃, pH= 3, reaction time is 3 h, m (LM-N308) /m (attapulgite) =15%. The attapulgite was characterized by IR and TG-DTG. The result of IR indicates that LM-N308 is bond on the surface of the attapulgite; The result of TG-DTG shows that the mass fraction of LM-N308 on the surface of the attapulgite is about 4. 8 %.
