摘要 目的探索超微振动提取与常规提取工艺提取效果差别,优化黄连超微振动提取工艺。方法采用正交试验优化超微振动提取的提取温度、次数、时间和溶剂用量,并与常规提取方式结果比较。结果黄连超微振动提取最佳工艺为:药材粗粉加4倍量65%的乙醇,50℃时提取2次,每次10min。在此条件下,与常规回流工艺相比,提取时间缩短为原来的1/9,溶剂用量为4/9,盐酸小檗碱和总生物碱提取率分别为常规工艺的1.09倍和1.11倍。结论超微振动提取时间短、溶剂用量少、有效成分提取率高,具有工业化推广的前景。 OBJECTIVE To explore the difference of ultrafine vibration extraction technology and conventional extraction technology,choice the best ultrafine vibration extraction technology of coptis chinensis. METHODS Using quadrature test to choice extraction temperature,extraction times,solvent amount. To compare the result. RESULTS The best condition of the coptis chinensis was with 65% ethanol of 4 folds volume,2 times in 50℃, 10 minutes each time. Comparing with conventional extraction technology,extraction time is 1/9 of general methods,solvent amount is 4/9 of general methods,the extraction rate of marker components is 1.09 and 1.11times. CONCLUSION Uhrafine vibration extraction technology can improve the extracting rate of effective constituents ,reduce the time and extraction solvent,save energy and the cost price of manufacture. The technology can be used in pharmacy enterprises.
