摘要
为了研究过瘤胃脂肪、过瘤胃蛋氨酸和小肽制剂对奶牛产奶性能及奶品质的影响,选取20头中国荷斯坦奶牛,随机分成4组,每组5头奶牛,其中对照组饲喂基础日粮;试验组Ⅰ饲喂基础日粮+过瘤胃脂肪[450 g/(d.头)];试验组Ⅱ饲喂基础日粮+过瘤胃蛋氨酸[15 g/(d.头)];试验组Ⅲ饲喂基础日粮+小肽制剂[21g/(d.头)]。结果表明:试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组、试验Ⅲ组产奶量较对照组分别提高31.90%、12.19%、15.20%;乳脂率较对照组分别提高4.93%、6.38%、2.32%;试验Ⅱ组乳蛋白率较对照组提高1.61%、试验Ⅰ组和试验Ⅲ组乳蛋白率较对照组分别降低0.65%、0.97%。
This study investigated the effect of supplemental peptides, bypass fat, and bypass methionine on milk production, and milk components in lactating cows. Twenty Hostein cows were divided into 4 treatments randomly. The cows in the first group were fed with basal diet as control, group two, three and four were fed diet respectively added Bypass fat, bypass methionine and peptides. The result indicated that: the milk yield of experiment Ⅰ ( group 2), experiment Ⅱ ( gruop 3) and experiment Ⅲ( group 4) were increased by 31.90%, 12.19% and 15.20% compard that of with the control group , respectively;the milk fat percents were increased by 4.93% ,6.38% and 2.32%, respectively;the milk protein percent of experiment Ⅱ were increased by 1.61% ; but the milk proteins percents of experimentⅠ , experiment Ⅲ were decreased by 0. 65% and 0. 97% , respectively.
