摘要
管理体制滞后、资源共享意识淡薄、共享资源建设标准化程度低是制约我国当前农业科技档案资源共享的主要因素,应建立规范、统一的项目著录标准及规范的归档、立卷标准,建立农业科技成果档案数据库,有计划、有步骤地建设农业科技档案信息网。
This paper analyses the present situation of the resource sharing of the agricultural and scientific files from the following aspects： the draggling of the managing system, the difficulty and the hard cooperation of the science and technology file resources sharing, the weak consciousness of resources sharing, the low degree of the standardization of the shared resources construction. And this paper proposes the counter plan and measure to quicken the sharing of the agricuhural and scientific file resources from these several aspects ： from the establishment of the normative and unified standard of item and records, of the normative standard of filing and registering, from the building up of the file database of the agriculture, science and technology result, from the designing and stepping construction of the file website of agriculture science and technology everywhere.
