摘要
建立花卉认证体系是与国际花卉贸易接轨的一个重要内容,对实现我国花卉业跨越式发展有重要推动作用。提出在建立我国花卉认证体系的过程中,必须吸收花卉企业和非政府组织参加;我国花卉认证体系应尽量做到与国外花卉认证体系互认;在现阶段应鼓励并扶持国外花卉认证机构在我国开展花卉认证工作。
The establishment of flower certification system is an important link to connect with the international floral trade, and it would push forward the development of Chinese floral industry. It is necessary to attract flower companies and non-government organizations to participate in the process of establishing Chinese flower certification. Chinese flower certification system should gain acknowledgement by the ;nternational certification systems. At present, we should encourage and support the international certification organizations to develop their certificating business in China.
