摘要
针对目前水分散体聚氨酯制备工艺,比较了工业上连续法工艺,半连续法工艺以及间歇法工艺的优缺点。阐述了各种实验室制备方法的特点,并且结合本实验室水分散体聚氨酯制备工艺改进的制备工艺,提出了目前水分散体聚氨酯制备工艺中仍尚需改进的地方。
Based on analyzing the preparation techniques of the synthesis of waterborne polyurethane dispersions, the advantages and disadvantages of continuous process, semi-continuous process and batch process for manufacturing polyurethane dispersions were discussed in this paper. Some suggestions for the improvements of the preparation technologies of waterborne polyurethane dispersions were proposed by combining the preparation process of the research group.
