摘要
介绍了为满足电脑绣花机电控系统中两相混合式步进电机低速时运行平滑、定位精确的高性能要求而设计的一种细分驱动器。细分驱动器基于PIC16F914单片机,根据合成电流矢量恒幅均匀旋转原理,采取PWM技术和瞬时电流闭环跟踪控制策略而设计。试验结果表明此细分驱动器达到了控制要求,具有实际意义和应用价值。
A kind of micro-setpping driver that satisfies the request of running smoothly and orientating accurately at low speed in control system of computer embroidery machine is introduced in this paper. The micro-stepping driver bases on PIC16F914 single chip, accords with principle of compositive victor of current evenly rotating with constant amplitude, adopts PWM technique and strategy of closed-loop control of the instantaneous current track. The experiment result shows that the micro-setpping driver ac- cords with the request and has practical significance and application value.
