湖北“金丝油桐”和贵桐2号的核型分析 被引量:2

摘要 "金丝桐油"是由湖北恩施地方品种"金丝油桐"果实加工而成的品质特优的传统出口产品,分析"金丝油桐"的核型有利于该地方品种的鉴定、保护与开发利用。以全国推广品种"贵桐2号"和湖北恩施地方品种"金丝油桐"为试验材料,对其核型进行了分析,结果表明:"金丝油桐"与"贵桐2号"的核型存在较大的差异,其中3、6、8、9、11号染色体的差异明显;"金丝油桐"的核型公式为2 n=22=14 m+6 sm+2 M,其中1、2、4、5、6、7、10号染色体为m型,11号染色体为M型,3、8、9号染色体为sm型,核型对称性为1B型;"贵桐2号"的核型公式为2 n=22=16 m+4 sm+2 M,其中1、2、3、4、5、7、10、11号染色体为m型,8号染色体为M型,6、9号染色体为sm型,核型对称性为1B型。核型分析结果显示,"金丝油桐"是一个不同于"贵桐2号"的地方品种。 Golden Silk Tung Oil is one of the famous traditional export productions, which is made of seeds in Hubei Golden Silk Tung Tree, To improve evaluation, protection and utilization of Hubei Golden Silk Tung Tree, the karyotypes of the varieties were analyzed, taken Guizhou Tung Tree No. 2 and Hubei Golden Silk Tung Tree as materials. The results showed that there were a lot of differences in karyotypes between Guizhou Tung Tree No. 2 and Golden Silk Tung Tree, in chromosome No. 3, No. 6, No. 8, No. 9, No. 1] especially. The karyotype formula of Golden Silk Tung Tree was 2 n = 22 = 14m+ 6sm+ 2M; chromosome No. 1, No. 2, No. 4, No. 5, No. 6, No. 7, No. 10 belonged to m-type, chromosome No. 11 belonged to M-type, and chromosome No. 3, No. 8, No. 9 belonged to sm-type. The karyotype formula of Guizhou Tung Tree No. 2 was 2 n=22=16m+4sm+2M; chromosome No. 1, No. 2, No. 3, No. 4, No. 5, No. 7, No. 10, No. 11 belonged to m-type, chromosome No. 8 belonged to Mtype, and chromosome No. 6, No. 9 belonged to sm-type. The karyotype symmetry of the two varieties belonged to 1B-type. The results of karyotype analysis indicated that Golden Silk Tung Tree was different from Guizhou Tung Tree No. 2.
