摘要
案例教学法作为讲授式教学法的辅助方法,在法学教学中得以普及。针对案例教学法实施过程中出现的流于形式、教学效果良莠不齐等问题,可采取明确案例教学法地位、创造案例教学实施条件、遵循合理的组织过程、科学测评案例教学效果等解决方案。
As the assistance of lecture, case teaching method is widely used in the science of law. In view of the problems such as turning out to be a mere formality and ineffective results in the case teaching method, it is proposed to define the status of case teaching method, create favorable circumstance of implementation, adopting reasonable organizing procedure, and conduct scientific evaluation on teaching results.
