摘要
[目的]了解盘锦市中小学生的膳食营养状况,分析其变化趋势及影响因素,指导学生建立合理的膳食结构。[方法]2006年9月,对盘锦市城区2所中、小学的学生进行膳食营养调查。[结果]调查小学生135人,其中男生65人、女生70人;初中生135人,男生68人、女生67人;高中生145人,男生72人、女生73人。平均每日膳食摄入量与参考摄入量比较,男生的蔬菜、水果、鱼虾、豆类、乳类较低,女生的谷类、蔬菜、鱼虾、豆类、乳类较低;膳食纤维、维生素B1、C和钙、铜摄入量不足,热能摄入只有小学男生达到参考摄入量;三餐摄入的热能中,早餐比例较低,晚餐比例较高;调查小学生、初中生、高中生膳食中蛋白质来自动物性食物与豆类食物的分别占51.65%、56.77%、55.23%。[结论]调查的盘锦市城区中小学生膳食膳食结构不够合理,营养摄入不够均衡。
[Objeetive]To understand the dietary and nutritional status among student in Panjing elementary and middle school and analyze its change tendency and the influence factor, instruct the student to establish the reasonable dietary pattern. [Methods]In September,2006,investigation on dietary nutrition in 2 middle and elementary schools of. Panjing city was carried on. [Results]Of the 135 students investigated in elementary schools, 65 were boy students and 70 were girl students; of 135 students investigated in the junior middle school, 68 of them were boy students and 67 were girl students; of the 145students investigated in senior middle school, 72 of them were boy students and 73 were girl students. In the comparison of the average daily intakes to the reference intakes, the boy students student's intakes of vegetables, fruits, fish and shrimp,legumes and milk were lower, the girl student's intakes of grain, vegetables, fish, shrimp, legumes and milk were lower; The intakes of dietary fiber, vitamin BI ,C and Ca, Cu were insufficient, and only the boy students in elementary school achieved the reference intakes of heat energy; The intakes of heat energy in breakfast is lower,in supper is higher; The rate of the protein from animal and legume of the students in elementary school,junior middle school and senior middle school are 51.65 %,5 6.77 % and 55.23 % respectively. [Conelusion]The dietary pattern of the elementary and middle school students in Panjin is unreasonable,the nutrition intake is unbalance.
