摘要
社会主义和谐社会的构建和社会主义新农村建设的关键在于农民权益的保护问题,但现阶段当农民合法权益面临侵犯时,却难以选择合法渠道进行权益表达。该文对利益诉求机制体系化进行分析,提出了完善农民权益保护的和谐发展路径,对农村利益诉求具有重要意义。
Lawsuit mechanism of interests was systematically analyzed. Harmonious development path construction for lawsuit mechanism of interests as well as rights and interests protection perfection of farmers had great significance for interests demand of farmers.
