摘要
研制了一种集中控制照明系统前端智能监控器,进行了路灯运行参数及其环境参数的实时检测、路灯工作状态的多种方式控制以及网络化数据传输功能的一体化设计。基于ARM嵌入式微处理器,通过μC/OS-Ⅱ在LPC2292上的移植及信号量机制的建立与设置,解决了任务的调度及任务间的通信与同步问题,实现了实时操作系统的功能。利用以太网控制器芯片RTL8019AS扩展了网络接口,在μC/OS-Ⅱ中又移植了LwIP协议栈,实现了数据信息的网络化传输。通过CPLD芯片扩展了I/O接口,解决了数据交换的瓶颈问题。在市政路灯网的实际运行中,表现出较高的稳定性和可靠性,达到了网络化、精确化、动态化控制以及节能的目的。
A front-end intelligent monitor of centralized illumination control system is designed, which integrates the functions of real-time detection of street lamp operating and environmental parameters,muhiple control modes of street lamp working condition and network data transmission. Based on the ARM embedded microprocessor,the μC/OS-Ⅱ is transplanted to LPC2292 and the semaphore mechanism is established and configured,which enables the task scheduling and the communication and synchronization among tasks for implementing the functions of real-time OS. Ethernet control chip RTL8019AS is adopted to extend network interfaces and LwIP protocol stack is transplanted in μC/OS-Ⅱ to realize data transfer on network. The data exchange bottleneck is avoided by extending I/O ports with CPLD chip. The monitor shows better stability and reliability in the operation of municipal streetlight network for networked,precise and dynamical control and energy saving.
