摘要
针对自动测试系统中的仪器互换问题,构建了基于信号的仪器驱动模型,采用COM(component object model)组件技术完成了仪器驱动的设计。在此基础上讨论了仪器驱动器对仪器和开关的信号导向控制原理。该仪器驱动实现了任意仪器(同类仪器,不同类仪器以及仪器组合)间的互换,从而很好地满足了自动测试系统所要求的广义通用性和可互换性等指标。
According to the problem of interchangeable instrument in automatic test system, this paper established instrument driver model based signal, completed the design of instrument driver with COM technique, and then discussed the principle of signal-oriented control of instruments and switches. The instrument driver realizes interchangeability between any instruments (the same type instruments, the different type instruments and combinatorial instruments), thus it makes ATS met by the needs of generality and interchangeablity of instruments.
