摘要
机器基础的动力分析在设计中具有十分重要的位置。提出了适用于大型机器基础动力分析的集中参数分析方法和基础简化模型,考虑桩与地基不均匀振动以及大型机器振动对基础动力反应的影响,反映大型机器基础不同位置上桩的振动反应,适合机器基础防微振分析与设计的工程应用。基于集中参数模型,对实际大型机器基础工程进行了动力反应分析,得到了工程设计所需的振幅-转速、线速度-转速的频率反应曲线,分析桩长对基础振动的影响,提出了对机器基础工程设计有意义的建议。
Machine foundation vibration has great effect on the production work, so the dynamic analysis of the machine foundation is very important. A lump-parameter model is developed to analyze the dynamic problem of the large dynamic machine foundation- pile interactive system. The inconsistent vibration of the pile and foundation is considered in the simplified model of the large machine vibration. The method which obtained the response of the pile in difference situation can be easily applied to vibration protection engineering design. The lump-parameter model is constructed for analyzing the actual large machine foundation and the results of frequency curve of amplitude-speed and linear velocity-speed are obtained for engineering design. The effects of pile- length on foundation vibration are studied to provide some useful conclusions for reference.
