摘要
通过改变混凝土普通砖和砂浆的强度等级,研究了混凝土普通砖砌体的轴心抗压和双面抗剪的力学性能和破坏特征,分析了混凝土普通砖砌体的抗压和抗剪强度及其影响因素。根据试验数据回归得出了混凝土普通砖砌体的抗压强度和抗剪强度的建议计算公式,并绘制了混凝土普通砖砌体的抗压应力-应变关系曲线。试验结果表明,混凝土普通砖砌体的抗压强度及抗剪强度均高于同强度等级的实心黏土砖,其受力特点与破坏形态与实心黏土砖相近,可以作为替代实心黏土砖的新型承重墙体材料之一。
By changing the intensity grades of concrete common brick and mortar, the mechanical performance and failure characteristics about the axial resisting pressure and double resisting shear are researched, and the influence factors are analyzed in detail. Based on the experimental dates, the compressive strength and the shear strength advised formulas of concrete common brick masonry are proposed, and the stress-strain curve is plotted. It is implied in the experimental result that the compressive strength and the shear strength in concrete common brick masonry are higher than those of fired common brick masonry at the same grade, however, the mechanical performance and failure characteristics are the same. So the concrete common brick masonry can be used as the new load-bearing wall material instead of fired common brick masonry.
