A Review on Theoretical Research on Performance Measurement of Technological Innovation of Domestic and Foreign Enterprises

摘要技术创新绩效的测度与评价对于企业创新绩效的改进与创新能力的提升具有重要的作用。本文对国内外技术创新绩效测评的相关研究进行了全面回顾,着重从技术创新绩效的概念界定、研究视角与指标体系、测评方法与工具等方面系统梳理了国内外最新的研究进展,总结和评价了这些研究成果对于我国企业技术创新实践的指导意义与不足之处,最后提出了企业技术创新全过程绩效测评系统的研究框架。 It is significant for the enterprises to measure and appraise technological innovation performance to improve innovation performance and upgrade innovation capabilities. Domestic and overseas researches on performance measurement of technological innovation are reviewed entirely in this article. It summarizes the definitions of conception, research perspectives and indictor systems, measuring methods and tools of technological innovation performance by reviewing up-to-date related studyes systematically. Moreover. it points out the meanings and shortages of the studies by combining with the technological innovation practices in Chinese firms. At last, the framework of performance meas- urement system model for the entire technological innovation process is put forward.
