摘要
采用EDTA和HCl这2种不同的脱钙方法对制革废灰碱皮进行预处理,并对预处理后的废灰碱皮的化学组成、无机物、钙残留量等进行对比研究。发现2种预处理方法导致其化学组成发生明显的变化,但是2种方法的无机物和钙脱除率基本相同;经HCl法处理的废灰碱皮纤维的分散程度较大。通过比较两者的胶原得率,发现HCl预处理后的胶原得率(41.31%)高于EDTA预处理后的胶原得率(10.42%)。由此确定了适用于制革废灰碱皮胶原提取的预处理和提取工艺。
EDTA - and HC1 decalcifications were selected and carried out as pretreatment methods of collagen extraction from bovine limed split wastes. The chemical components, residuals of inorganic substance and calcium of EDTA - pretreated splits (EPS) and HC1 -pretreated splits (HPS) were comparatively studied. The inorganic substance and calcium compounds re- moval percentage of EPS and HPS were similar to each other, although their chemical components were different. Furthermore, collagen yield of HPS (41.31% ) was much higher than that of EPS (10.42%) . Hence, the pretreatment and extracting processing of collagen from bovine limed split wastes was proposed.
