摘要
在大田试验条件下,研究了不同种植密度对两种穗型冬小麦品种籽粒淀粉积累、组成及其糊化特性的影响。结果表明,两种穗型冬小麦品种淀粉积累随灌浆进程推进呈上升趋势,淀粉积累速率则呈单峰曲线变化,且均在花后21~28 d时积累速率最快。不同种植密度对两种穗型冬小麦品种籽粒淀粉积累及其糊化特性的影响存在差异:多穗型品种豫麦49-198以较高密度的B_3处理(225×10~4/hm^2)成熟期籽粒淀粉含量最高,直/支比最低;大穗型品种兰考矮早八以最低密度的C_1处理(300×10~4/hm^2)籽粒淀粉含量最高。两种穗型品种的多数淀粉糊化参数以高密度或较高密度处理的数值最高,而适宜的种植密度既能改善两种穗型小麦品种的淀粉组成,又有利于提高其粒重与籽粒产量。
In the field, two winter wheat cultivars including multi-spike type and large-spike type were cultivated, and the effects of planting density on the starch components and the starch pasting property of grains were studied. Results: For the both wheat cultivars, the starch content in grains increases in grain filling stage; the rate of starch accumulation shows a single - peak curve, and the rate is high during 21 - 28 d after anthesis. Planting density shows different effects on the grain starch content and pasting property for the wheat cultivars of different spike type: for Yumai 49 - 198, a multi - spike cuhivar, the top starch content and the least ratio of amylose/amylopectin are observed on B3 treatment (225 × 10^4/ hm^2) ; and for lankaoaizao 8, a large - spike cultivar, the top starch content is obtained on C1 treatment (300 × 10^4/hm^2). Most parameters of pasting property reach high level in relatively high planting density or high planting density treatments, but the differences are not significant. A proper planting density not only can improve the grain starch components, but also can promote 1000 -kemel weight and grain yield for wheat cultivars of the both spike types.
