摘要
对5个新育成的籼型水稻光温敏核不育系和培矮64S(CK)的开花习性进行了系统观察,结果表明:华885S单穗和单株开花历期最短,与对照培矮64S相近,而华893S和华328S的单穗和单株开花历期相对较长。华884S、华885S、华886S和华893S抽穗后开花较对照培矮64S早。华884S、华886S、华893S和华328S的花时分布较为集中,而华885和培矮64S花时分布较分散。颖间距和张颖角度最大者是华893S,培矮64S最小。张颖时间最长者为华886S,其次是华893S、华885S、培矮64S和华884S,华328S最短。华893S柱头外露率最高,达91.20%,华886S、华885S和培矮64S柱头外露率也都高于83%。华893S、华886S和华884S的柱头面积均大于6.0mm2,华893S的柱头活力保持时间最长,且柱头活力下降较慢。
The flowering habits of photo- and thermo-sensitive genic male sterile (PTGMS) lines Hua884S, Hua885S, Hua886S, Hua893S, Hua328S and Pei' ai64S (CK)were systematically surveyed. Flowering duration of single plant and single panicle of Hua885S was the shortest, which was similar/ near to that of control Pei'ai64S, while, Hua893S and Hua328S were comparatively longer. Daily kinetic flowering in a panicle of Hua884S, Hua885S, Hua886S and Hua893S was better than control Pei'ai64S. The anthesis time of Hua884S, Hua886S, Hua893S and Hua328S was more concentrated, while Hua885S and Pei'ai64S's are relatively dispersed. The distance of opened glume tips and the opening angle of spikelet of Hua893S was the largest,4. 91 mm and 34. 43 °, respectively, while Pei'ai64S was the smallest. The order of spikelet opening time from long to short was Hua886S, Hua893S, Hua885S, Pei'ai64S, Hua884S and Hua328S. As for the stigma exertion rate, Hua893S was 91.20%, the highest in the studied lines, and Hua886S, Hua885S and Pei'ai64S were higher than 83%. The stigma area of Hua893S, Hua886S and Hua884S was larger than 6.0 mm^2. The lasting time of the stigma vitality of Hua893S was the longest,and stigma vitality of Hua893S dropped slowly.
