锆英石材料烧结性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 为获得致密锆英石材料,以满足无碱玻璃纤维池窑内衬使用的需要,采用喷雾造粒、等静压成型和电炉烧成工艺,试验了TiO_2,CaO,MgO,SiO_2,Fe_2O_3和La_2O_3等不同添加剂在1500,1550,1600℃3种烧成温度下对锆英石材料烧结性能的影响,并研究了TiO_2的加入量及不同的烧成温度对锆英石材料烧结性能的影响。结果表明:添加TiO_2添加剂的试样密度最高,TiO_2对锆英石的助烧作用最明显;TiO_2加入量为0.6%(质量分数)时锆英石材料的烧结密度最大,TiO_2的最佳加入量为0.6%;添加0.6%TiO_2的锆英石材料烧成温度范围为1450~1550℃。 The sintering properties of zircon refractories was studied by adding additives like TiO2, CaO, MgO, SiO2, Fe203 and La2O3 at 1500, 1550 and 1600 ℃, respectively. The effect of addition content of TiO2 and different sintering temperature were studied. The additives of TiO2, NiO, Fe2O3 and MgO enhanced the densification of the sintered ceramics. However, CaO, B2O3, La2O3 and SiO2 retarded the densification process. The highest density of the sintered ceramics was achieved with the TiO2 addition of 0.6% by sintering at temperature between 1450 ℃ and 1600 ℃.
