摘要
对碳素工具钢T8A采用循环热处理晶粒超细化后对冲裁模具寿命的影响进行了试验研究。介绍了该钢循环热处理规范和所得组织。结果表明,T8A钢经3~5次循环处理后,可获得均匀的超细晶粒,其力学性能明显提高。采用该规范处理的冲裁模具寿命可提高2倍以上。
The influence of cyclic heat treatment on the life of punching and sheafing dies made of carbon tool steel T8A was studied. The heat treatment process and microstructure of the steel was also introduced. The results show that after 3 - 5 cycles treatment, the ultra-fine grain is uniform, and the mechanical properties increase significantly. The life of the dies increases by 2 times with the new heat treatment process.
