摘要
变送器是工业现场最常用的监测、计量设备之一,介绍了基于MSP430FE427单片机的多功能变送器,能够实现电压、电流、电阻、频率和各种热电阻、热电偶等物理量的测量,并具有RS-485总线通信和高精度PWMDAC的功能。重点讨论通过软件测量、通信协议流程及其校正系统的配合,补偿器件精度和温漂等因素引起的误差,完成变送器的校正和检验。实践证明,该变送器具有高精度和高稳定性,精度优于0.01%,功耗小于3mA。
Transmitter is one of the mostly common used detecting and metering devices in industrial field. A multifunctional transmitter based on MSP430FE427 single chip computer is presented. With this transmitter, multiple physical quantities, e.g. voltage, current, resistance, frequency, thermo-resistance, and thermocouple, etc. , can be measured. The transmitter also offers RS-485 communication and highly precise PWM DAC functions. The software measurement, working flow and cooperation with calibration system for offsetting precision and error of component, circuitry and warm, to rivse and verify transmitter, are emphasized. Practice proves that the multifunctional transmitter is highly precise and stable, the precision is better than 0.01% and power consumption is less than 3 mA.
