摘要
通过分析指出馆员的职业素养、馆员与读者掌握的信息不对称和读者的心理状态等方面影响了图书馆员与读者之沟通,提出通过拓宽沟通渠道,扩大沟通范围,使馆员与读者进行有效沟通。
It analyzes how the communication between librarians and readers is affected by the professional literate of the librarians, the information inequality via librarians and readers, and the metal conditions of the readers, it also puts forward that the communication would be improved by enlarging or extending the communication channels.
