摘要
在二氯甲烷溶液中,一氧化氮导致2,3-环氧酮发生顺式开环反应,生成的顺式羟基硝酸酯化合物为主要产物.在质子型溶剂如甲醇中,开环反应主要以反式方式发生,生成以反式为主,顺式为辅的异构体混合物2-羟基-3-甲氧基-1-丙酮.
Ring opening reaction of 2, 3-epoxy ketones with nitric oxide in dichloromethane occurred in a syn-selective fashion, producing syn-2-hydroxy nitrates as main products. Protic solvents such as methanol led to the generation of 2-hydroxy-3-methoxy-1-propanone with syn and anti isomers, among which the anti isomer was the dominant product .
