催化动力学光度法测定粮食中痕量锰

摘要 在醋酸-醋酸钠缓冲介质中,活化剂氨三乙酸存在下,Mn(Ⅱ)对高碘酸钾氧化结晶紫褪色反应有催化作用。据此建立了测定痕量锰的新催化光度法。方法线性范围0.2~8.0μg/L,检出限为0.076μg/L。对4.0μg/L Mn(Ⅱ)测定的相对标准偏差为1.6%(n=11)。应用于小麦等5种粮食中痕量锰的测定,平均收率均大于96%。 A new catalytic spectrophotometric method was established for the determination of trace manganese, The method was based on the catalytic effect of Mn ( Ⅱ ) on the oxidative discoloration of crystal violet with potassium pefiodate in the buffer medium of HAc - NaAe, with nitfilotfiaeetie acid as activator. The determination range was 0, 2 - 8.0 μg/L and the detection limit was 0. 076 μg/L with the relative standard deviation of 1.6% ( n = 11 ), The method was used to determine trace manganese in foodstuff with satisfactory results.
