双级压缩离心式制冷机组的能耗模拟与分析

摘要 建立了双级压缩离心式冷水机组的能耗模拟模型,并通过一台符合模拟条件的厂家机组的实验数据对模型和程序的算法进行了验证,然后进一步在所建立的模拟程序基础上对机组的性能进行了分析。结果表明,模型的精确性和程序算法的正确性。此外,分析了在海水作为放热源和改变冷冻水供回水温差,这两个因素对双级压缩离心式冷水机组性能的影响。 Energy consumption simulation model of two Stage compression centrifugal compressor chiller was built in this paper. The model and program were validated by the experiment datum from a chiller according with simulation conditions. Characters of the chiller were analyzed using the simulation model. The results showed that the model and program was accurate. Moreover, tow influence factor of the seawater source and the temperature difference of chilled water were analyzed to the two Stage compression centrifugal compressor chiller.
