摘要
欧美高校的就业指导经历了职业指导、职业辅导到生涯辅导的历史演变,不仅从侧重静态指导向提供动态辅导转变,而且由聚焦职业选择向更广的生涯发展规划转变。借鉴欧美国家的发展经验,我国高等学校需要在自主择业、双向选择的市场就业机制下,更加科学、全面地认识大学生的就业指导工作,构建融研究、指导、服务功能为一体的全方位工作体系,将就业指导贯穿学生学习生活的全过程。
The employment guidance of European and American institutions of higher learning has experienced the development from professional guidance, professional tutorship to career tutorship. It is not only a change from static to dynamic guidance, but also a change from focused career to broader career development. By referring to the experience of European and American countries, China should have a more scientific and comprehensive understanding of the employment guidance of college graduates in the market employment mechanism of free but bidirectional choices SO as to construct a all-round system blending research, guidance and service to impenetrate it through the process of their education.
