摘要
探讨了如何通过标准规范层、定量管理层、持续改进层建设,在采购活动中实施过程控制和管理。在定量管理层中,针对采购活动数据收集特点,提出了利用设计控制图的方法进行定量控制;并以某钢铁企业炉料购销公司炉料兑现过程管理为例,探讨了过程控制的应用。
In order to apply process control method in purchasing management ,This paper discussion the construction of Standard layer,quantitative management layer,Continued improvement layer.on the quantitative management layer, Aiming at features of data collection in purchasing action, design control chart were studied.A example from burden purchasing＆sales enterprise was given to show its application process.
