摘要
建立了一种利用高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测器(HPLC-ELSD)测定敌百虫原药含量的方法。色谱柱为C18反相柱,流动相为乙腈-水(体积比80∶20),流速为0.9mL/min。ELSD检测器漂移管温度30℃,载气0.2Mpa。敌百虫色谱峰面积的自然对数与质量浓度的自然对数呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9995,敌百虫检测的精密度为0.190%(n=6),回收率为97.90%~102.07%。
An analytical method was developed for determining trichlorfon by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with evaporative light-scatter detector. Chromatographic analysis was carried out on a C18 column with acetonitrile plus water (80/20 by vol) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 0.9 mL/min. The drift tube temperature of ELSD was set at 30 ℃ and carrier flow rate was 0.2 MPa. The correlation coefficient was good with r^2=0.9995. The standard deviation for trichlorfon was 0.19%. Recovery was 97.90 to 102.07%.
