摘要
采用粉末烧结的方法研究了Mo-8.9Si-7.7B合金材料的制备和改变烧结温度、保温时间、烧结压力以及加入微合金对合金致密度的影响。研究表明,保温时间越长合金的致密度越高;少量Sn的加入有利于合金的致密化;烧结过程中加压也能促进合金的致密化。
We researched the synthesis of alloys with the eompersition of Mo-8.9Si-7.7B by powder sintering. And stud ied on the influence of different sintering temperature, soaking time, pressure and mieroally on the density of the alloys. The result indicated that the longer the soaking time, the higher density of the alloy ; adding a little Sn was benefite for the pyknosis of the alloys;using pressure during sintering also can promote the pyknosis of the alloy.
