摘要
目前我国法律没有明确无效婚姻概念的内涵,学术界对无效婚姻概念内涵的认识也存在种种缺陷。在把握"无效婚姻"内涵时必须考虑无效婚姻与违法婚姻之间的关系;明确无效婚姻自身的特点;用"属加种差"的下定义方法来明确无效婚姻概念的内涵。
There is no clear definition to the connotation of void marriage in the present law in China. The views in the academic circles on it are many and varied. While understanding the connotation of ＂void marriage＂, we must consider the relations between void marriages and illegal marriages, and make clear about its characteristics and definite it with a method of differing types while defining category
