新型液体固色碱的研制及其在浸染中应用 被引量:1

摘要 本文根据活性染料固色原理及染色自动配料要求设计了活性染料液体固色碱的主要组分,通过不同碱剂对活性染料固色K/S值影响试验,筛选适用于液体固色碱不同组分的碱剂,并添加相应的药剂加以复配,制备一种活性染料液体固色碱,并应用于棉织物的活性染料浸染。实验结果表明:该液体固色碱固色用量少,约为纯碱的1/13~1/4,固色牢度好,操作方便,适用染色自动配料等优点,可以代替传统固色碱剂—纯碱。 The liquid alkali components were designed according to the principle of cotton reactive dyes fixation and requirement of dyeing automatic batching. The alkali suitable to different component of liquid alkali was chosen through experiment of different alkali's effect on dyeing K/S value, compounded with relevant additives as well, a new kind of liquid alkali with steady property was prepared and it was used in dip-dyeing of cotton with reactive dyes. The experimental results indicated that the liquid alkali has advantages of low dosage, about 1/13 - 1/4 of sodium carbonate, and suitable to dyeing automatic batching. The dyed fabrics fixed with liquid alkali have better color fastness. So it can replace the sodium carbonate for reactive dyes fixation in automatic dyeing.
