摘要 磁敏感加权成像是一种磁共振成像的新技术,它采用高分辨率、三维、完全速度补偿梯度回波扫描。通过对相位图和磁矩图的后处理可以获得不同磁敏感度组织的良好对比,对小静脉、出血和铁沉积的显示尤为敏感,并且对中枢神经系统血管性疾病、脑外伤、脑肿瘤、神经退行性疾病、脑血管畸形等疾病具有很高的临床诊断价值。 Susceptibility weighted imaging (SWI)is a new magnetic resonance imaging technique which consists of using both magnitude and phase images from a high - resolution, three - dimensional, fully velocity compensated gradient echo sequence. Postprocessing is applied to the magnitude image by means of a phase mask to enhance the contrast between tissues with different susceptibilities. It is very sensitive to venous, the products of blood and iron buildup in the brain,and plays a role in the clinical diagnosis of neurovascular diseases, neurological trauma, brain neoplasms, neurodegenerative diseases and cerebrai vascular malformations.
