摘要
为促进乡镇卫生院服务效率和质量的快速提升,有效评价乡镇卫生院的综合绩效,为政府监管和投入提供科学依据,利用文献复习和专家咨询法,研究提出了乡镇卫生院绩效评价指标体系,并对有关指标进行了初步分析。该研究为完善乡镇卫生院监管政策进行了有益的探索。
To improve the service efficiency and quality of Township Hospital Centers （THC） ,evaluate comprehensive performance of THC, and provide a scientific basic for the supervision and input of THC for government, this paper Uses the methods of literature review and expert consultation, and brings forwards to the corresponding index system of appraising THC performance. At the same time, this paper also makes analysis about the meanings of relevant indices. Setting up the index system of appraising THC performance is a useful exploration for supervising the policy of THC.
