PRDXⅢ在胶质瘤的表达及其与细胞凋亡的关系 被引量:1

摘要 用免疫组化、TUNEL法检测过氧化物酶Ⅲ(PRDXⅢ)在胶质瘤的表达与凋亡,利用RT-PCR法测定PRDXⅢmRNA表达水平。结果胶质瘤与正常脑组织中PRDXⅢ的蛋白表达有明显差异;随胶质瘤病理级别的增高,PRDXⅢmRNA表达也逐渐增强,Ⅲ、Ⅳ级胶质瘤PRDXⅢmRNA的表达明显高于正常脑组织和Ⅱ级胶质瘤。认为PRDXⅢ可能与肿瘤的生长和恶性表型有关,具有抑制胶质瘤细胞凋亡的作用,从而使其生长加快。
