水稻两系不育系6311S配套恢复系选育的组合判别法研究 被引量:2

摘要 借鉴杂交玉米育种中的配子选择法,设计了6311S配套恢复系选育的组合判别法研究。试验利用8个亲本恢复系按双列杂交法配制26个单交F1,然后再与两系不育系6311S杂交配制26个三交组合;根据三交组合的表现,筛选出5个现实配合力好的单交F1,分别为测253/CDR22、玉18/绵恢725、绵恢725/9311、绵恢725/紫66、9311/紫66,预计可以从这些组合中选育出6311S的配套恢复系。该方法在恢复系选育的早代进行配合力选择,可提高组合早代的筛选效率,为恢复系的选育提供一个快速、有效的方法。 In the experiment, the combining-mating screening method in breeding restorer lines of 6311S was designed according to the gamete selection applied in hybrid maize breeding. 26 triple cross hybrids were obtained from 26 single cross FlS derived from 8 restorer lines by Grilling IV design and sterile line 6311S as parents. The results showed that five single cross FlS with good practical combining ability were selected from 26 FlS based on the performance of triple cross hy-brids. Five single cross F1 s are Ce253/CDR22、Yu18/Mianhui725、Mianhui725/9311、 Mianhui 725/Zi66 and 9311/Zi66, and the corresponding restorer lines of 6311S might be selected from these combinations. It suggested that combing ability selection in early generation with this method could increase the screening efficiency of combinations and provide with a rapid and effective method of breeding restorer lines.
