摘要 介绍了在大尺寸圆柱体上开U形槽从而得到大尺寸圆形超声塑料焊接模具的方法,此法是该圆形塑料焊接模具的一个解决方案。可以改善其端面的振幅均匀性;以模具共振频率和输出端面振幅均匀性为指标,利用商用有限元软件,给出了这种模具的设计路线;该模具的设计,可利用商用有限元软件,以其输出端面振幅分布均匀性为目标函数,应用子问题近似法进行优化。计算结果进行了实验验证,结果表明计算结果与实验结果有很好的一致性。 The paper introduces a method of making large circular plastic welding tool by manufacturing U slots in large circular cylinders. The tool design guidelines are demonstrated by using commercial finite element analysis software when taldng the resonant frequency and the amplitude uniformity on tool output surface as an optimization index. Computed results are verified by experiments. Excellent correlation between analytical and experimental data is found.
