摘要
针对建设项目投资决策、设计、招投标、施工和竣工结算阶段造价控制中存在的问题,提出了相应的改进措施及对策,以期对工程造价的控制有一定的影响。
Aiming at the problems existing in the cost control of construction program in the phase of investment decision, design, and call for tender and tender bid, construction and complete balance, it puts forward the corresponding improving steps and countermeasure, to expect that it has certain affection to the controlling of project cost.
