摘要
介绍了以β-Ni(OH)2、CoSO4、MnSO4和LiOH.H2O为原料,在β-Ni(OH)2表面同时包覆Co、Mn合成锂离子电池正极材料LiNi0.9Mn0.03Co0.07O2的方法。XRD测试结果表明:样品为α-NaFeO2结构;SEM和EDS结果表明:Co、Mn均包覆在-βNi(OH)2表面上,且包覆均匀、致密。合成的材料在电流密度为30 mA/g下,第二次循环放电容量为194 mAh/g,50次循环后容量仍保持为189mAh/g,材料循环性能稳定。
The positive material LiNi0.9Mn0.03Co0.07O2 for Li-ion battery was synthesized with β-Ni(OH)2, CoSO4,MnSO4 and LiOH-H2O as raw materials through coating with Co, Mn. The XRD test results showed that the sample had the structure of α-NaFeO2. SEM and EDS results showed that the sample was coated homogeneously with Co and Mn. The second cycle discharge capacity of the material was 194 mAh/g, and the discharge capacity remained 189 mAh/g after 50 cycles with current density 30 mA/g.
