摘要
目的研究影响黄芩苷滴丸成型的各种因素,确立最佳成型工艺。方法以滴丸的溶散时限、外观质量及丸重差异变异系数作为综合评定指标,优选出滴丸的处方和成型工艺。结果黄芩苷滴丸最佳的滴制工艺条件为:以PEG4000为基质,药物与基质配比为1∶2,料温90℃,二甲基硅油为冷却剂,冷却液温度为5℃,滴制口径3 mm,滴速为每分钟45滴,滴距6 cm为最佳条件。结论本法工艺简单、可行、稳定,重现性好。
Aim To optimize the best technical parameters through controlling the different factors. Methods Dissolution, appearance and weight coefficient of variation were used as comprehensive evaluation indicators to select good prescriptions and dropping conditions. Results The optimized preparation conditions were as follows : with PEG4000 as optimal bases, optimal drugs and bases is 1 : 2, temperature of mixture is 90℃, dropping speed is 45 drop·min^-1 ,5℃dimethylsilicone oil is condensate, and dropping distance is 6 cm. Conclusions The preparation procedure is simple,feasible, stable and reproducible.
