摘要
目的:探讨有效的沟通模式在危重患者抢救中的应用。方法:将心内科80例危重抢救患者随机分为对照组和实验组,每组40例。实验组运用沟通理论模式实施语言性和非语言性交流,对照组实施传统护理方法。将两组患者3,5,10d内由抢救室转入普通病房的转出率和护理服务满意度进行比较。结果:实验组的转出率和转出抢救室时对护理服务满意度较对照组显著升高(P<0.05)。结论:有效的沟通,及时了解患者的心理需求和病情变化,可以促进危重患者的康复,增强了患者对护士的信任感和依赖感,进一步促进了护患关系,提高了整体护理质量。
Objective:Discuss the good applied of communication mode on the dangerous sufferers which with the salvage.Methods:80 sufferers who salvaged in the heart medicine were divided into control group and the intervention group,communication theories mode were carried out in the intervention group,Including language and non-language intercourse to flow,the control group carries out a traditional nursing method.After three,five,ten days,the rate of turned into common sickroom from salvage room were compared.Also compared the satisfaction when they turn out from the salvage room.Results:The intervention group had a high rate of turned into common sickroom from salvage room,and had a high satisfaction to nursing service compare the control one(P〈0.05).Conclusions:Communication validly understands the sufferers' need and condition variety in time,can promote the dangerous sufferer recover from illness,strengthening sufferers' trust to nurse feeling and dependence feeling,promoting to protect to suffer from a relation further,raising the quality of whole nursing.
