摘要
山楂红蜘蛛Tetranychusviennensis(Zacher)抗药性测定,采用FAO推荐的玻片浸渍法〔1、2〕。对宁夏高桥种群进行了敏感水平测定,建立了山楂红蜘蛛对17种供试药剂的毒力基线;对山东云门山和山东莱阳种群进行了抗药性测定,结果表明,对三环锡、甲基双苯氟氯菊酯、氯氟氰菊酯、水胺硫磷、甲氰菊酯等9种农药表现非抗药性,而莱阳种群对氧乐果、杀虫脒、对硫磷、三氯杀螨醇、乐果和久效磷的抗药性分别为116、268、561、628、1488和1761倍。采用乐果与杀虫脒、三氯杀螨醇与水胺硫磷交替轮换施药的云门山种群对乐果和三氯杀螨醇的抗药性分别降低156倍和273倍。对三氯杀螨醇抗性高达628倍莱阳种群,对以三氯杀螨醇为主的混剂仅表现轻度抗药性。农药交替轮换施用和合理混配。
The sensitive standard to insecticides of Tetranychus viennensis Zacher was tested by means of bioassay method of slide-dip recommended by FAO.The samples of T.viennensi collected from Gaoqiao,Ningxia Provinces were used as susceptible strains.The susceptibility baselines were set up for 17 kinds of insecticides.The resistances to insecticides in T.viennensi obtained from Yunmenshan and Laiyang in Shandong Province were measured.The results showed that these two strains didn't have the resistance to plictran, bifenthrin,cyhalothrin,meobal,bayer93820,fenpropathrin and other 4 kinds of insecticides.The resistances of Laiyang strains to omethoate,chlordimeform,parathion,dicofol,diomethoate,and monocrotophos were 11.6-fold,26.8-fold,56.1-fold,62.8 fold,148.8-fold and 176.1-fold respectively.The resistances to diomethoate and dicofol of Yunmenshan strains were reduced by 15.6-times and 27.3-times after omethoate and chlordimeform,dicofol and plictran were used in rotation.The resistance of Laiyang strain to insecticide mixture in which dicofol was main ingredient was lower,while resistance of it to dicofol was 62.8-fold.Application of insecticides in rotation or in mixture apparently delays the development of resistance to insecticides in T.viennensis.
