麻痹性散瞳下近视患者两种验光方法的对比观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨近视患者在麻痹性散瞳下采用电脑验光仪验光与带状光检影镜验光检测结果有无差异,了解电脑验光能否取代检影镜验光,指导临床验光工作,提高效率。方法随机选取2006年在我院就诊验光的42例近视患者在麻痹性散瞳下对每只眼随机先后采用电脑验光仪和带状光检影镜分别验光检测出屈光不正的度数。所获数据进行统计学分析。结果42例80只眼在麻痹性散瞳下分别采用电脑验光仪验光与带状光检影镜验光两种方法检测结果的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于近视患者而言电脑验光的结果还不够准确,它还不能取代检影验光。但电脑验光简便、快速,可为检影验光提供参考,可用于屈光不正的群体普查工作。 Objective To make a thorough inquiry about whether there exists difference in examination results of testing myopic ametropia sufferers'eyesight by computer optometry instruments and by streak retinoscope under the paralytic mydriasis to know if the retinoscopy optometry could be replaced by computer optometry. Methods 42 myopic ametropia sufferers were selected at random who had once accepted optometry in 1996 in our hospital, under the paralytic mydriasis. Computer optometry instrument and streak retinoscope were adopted respectively to get the ametropia degree before scientific statistics analysis of the data. Results Examination result of these 42 myopic ametropia sufferers ( 80 eyes) were of remarkable difference with the two methods under the paralytic mydriasis ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The results of computer optometry is not exact for myopic ametropus. It denotes that the retinoscopy optometry can not yet be replaced by the computer optometry. But since the latter is simple j easy and fast in operating , it can be used as a reference for the formerjand in popular screening as well.
