摘要
气磁轴承支承作为一种新型的主轴支承形式,具有广阔的应用前景。介绍了一种精密磨床气磁轴承主轴系统的结构,分析了气磁轴承的静态特性及主动磁轴承电磁力的影响,并进行了计算机数值分析与仿真。该研究对精密磨床主轴技术研究有一定的参考价值。
Gas-magnetic bearings,as a new kind of supporting structure,have wide application prospect.A structure of precision grinder gas-magnetic bearing spindle system is introduced and,static characteristics of gas-magnetic bearings and influence of electromagnetic force of active magnetic bearings are analyzed.Computer numerical control and simulation are carried out,which provide some references for research on precision grinder spindle technology.
